     SHIPPING

     All our shipments are via USPS or UPS, depending on the size and weight of your order and the destination. Currently we only ship to US destinations.


     Due to changing inventory, an item may be out of stock even though the website indicates it is available. If for some reason your item is not available or is on backorder, you will be notified via e-mail


     RETURNS POLICY

     You may return any item which is defective or damaged during shipping within two weeks of receipt. Please contact us immediately if you item did not arrive in perfect condition. Your account will be credited after the item has been inspected. All returns must include the original packaging.  Your account will be credited after the item has been inspected. We must approve all returned merchandise before it is shipped back to us. If an item is returned to us without prior approval, we reserve the right to decline your refund. A 25% restocking fee may apply to items returned to us for reasons other than defective or damaged merchandise, or a mistake on our part.


     If an item is returned at any time without the original packaging, or if it has been used, no refund or credit will be issued. We reserve the right to inspect all returns. Please allow two to four weeks for your refund to reflect on your account. Special orders and sale items may not be returned. Be sure to include a copy of your invoice/packing slip along with your return or exchange. Please e-mail us before requesting an exchange so that we can reserve your replacement item while awaiting the return of your original purchase. Items returned because of an incorrect address, and needing to be reshipped will be charged additional shipping fees.
